Duties
You will provide daily analysis of transactions to ensure all procurements are valid.
You will follow all related procurement and supply business rules.
You will solicit vendor quotes to provide analysis for best value judgment to award.
You will be a Government Purchase Card Holder (GPC), using the GPC to acquire authorized supplies or services per their designated authority.
You will review Procurement Request Forms (PRF) submitted by requester of the material equipment and/or service to ensure the appropriate information has been provided.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- This is a bargaining unit position.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
Qualifications
NT-02 Grade Level: Your resume must demonstrate three years of progressively responsible experience, one year of which was equivalent to at least GS-04, that demonstrates the ability to: analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; plan and organize work; and communicate effectively orally and in writing.

Education
Per the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), education may be substituted for specialized experience, as follows:
NT-02 Grade Level:
- Successful completion a four year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. -OR-
- Successful completion of a bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement. -OR-
- Successful completion of one full year of graduate level education leading to a master's degree. -OR-
- A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
