In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: applying knowledge of personnel regulations or policies to manage or direct human resources programs; providing guidance or training to others on military personnel matters; recommending solutions to identified human resources personnel problems; and evaluating employee performance or development. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the Federal service, (GS-12).
