About the Position: This position is within the Resource Management department at Guthrie Army Health Clinic, Fort Drum, New York.
Duties
Research man-hour or personnel demographic data discrepancies to determine the underlying problem and corrective action.
Implement methods and procedures to ensure man-hour data requirements are accurate before validating and certifying data.
Oversee the Labor Cost Assignment (LCA) data entry training.
Prepare briefings on man-hour guidance and objectives to Division Chiefs, managers, and large general audiences.
Prepare training aids, handouts, manuals, and briefings.
Research personnel demographic data, organizational structures, projects, and tasks to resolve timecard flow issues.
Identify issues with manhour reporting for resolutions.
Requirements
- Tier 1: Appointment to this position is subject to a background investigation to determine your suitability for Federal employment.
- This position requires occasional travel - 5% TDY required.
- This position requires an immunization screening.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience utilizing automated systems for data and/or reports; conducting support service audits; and communicating with leadership research report results.
