You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the HUMAN RESOURCES/OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of COMOPTEVFOR.
Duties
You will be responsible for the management and accuracy of COMOPTEVFOR’s human resources information structure.
You will manage the position and employee data for civilian employees located at the subordinate commands.
You will liaise with manager at the subordinate activities to ensure timely processing of personnel actions.
You will assist with drafting and updating internal human resources policy directives.
You will be responsible for providing the Budget personnel with accurate and timely expenditure date throughout the fiscal year.
You will serve as a Customer Service Representative at the field activity level for civilian payroll and submit time and attendance on a bi-weekly basis.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-09 Grade Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Preparing reports of human resources budget cycle or manpower issues for management interpretation; 2) Projecting organizational requirements or manpower needs as they relate to authorized funding; 3) Monitoring and tracking award expenditures to ensure they are reported accurately by applying knowledge of financial management principles; and 4) Applying analytical techniques to assist in the development of improved organizational structures and prepare findings for management.
GS-07 Grade Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in conducting studies of clerical work processes to identify and analyze problems in organizational structure, staffing, administrative procedures, work processes, or workload distribution; 2) Performing research on position requirements and duties to draft position descriptions; 3) Drafting and update internal human resources policy directives and new personnel policies; 4) Tracking and reporting actual expenditures and expense for both fiscal year and monthly by pay period; and 5) Performing cross checks and verification process to ensure integrity of payroll system and time and attendance data.

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
