Duties

Oversees the programming, development, and oversight of Army-wide courses provided on behalf of the Agency Director. Analyze and interpret DoD and Army guidance in order to advise leadership on emerging officer qualification requirements. Advise the Agency Director of projected program shortfalls and develop resourcing and prioritization solutions. Oversee preparation of long-range planning schedules to develop out-year course scheduling dates. Manage budgets and allocated funds associated with courses and travel related expenses. Provides oversight of course planning, scheduling, funding, and equipment. Prepares and presents final submissions based upon analysis of annual needs and requirements. Maintains subject matter expertise with Department of Defense enterprise systems. Serves as the principal advisor and represents agency at meetings and conferences.

  • Travel Required: You may be expected to travel up to 25% for this position.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
