You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY) in the Human Resources Department of NMRTC CAMP PENDLETON CA.
Duties
You will analyze Naval Officer Fitness Reports and Enlisted Evaluations.
You will Maintain standards and establish control for tacking and processing periodic, special, and detaching fitness reports.
You will act as liaison with Intern Coordinator to track and process all officer fitness reports for graduates.
You will provide Department Head Course training on the Special pay programs..
You will use advanced electronic file stowage systems to store and
retrieve documentation.
You will notify eligible personnel of upcoming effective dates and/or
informs eligible personnel of options for terminating and
renegotiating contracts
You will explore alternative solutions to problems using insights developed, through extensive practical knowledge.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized Experience. Examples of Qualifying Experience:
Experience creating and maintaining files in accordance with organization policies, procedures, rules and regulations;
Experience utilizing active duty personnel automated systems to research information in reference to active duty personnel records and databases;
Experience researching and compiling data to provide appropriate responses to inquiries;
Experience providing technical information, guidance and assistance to active duty personnel regarding policies and procedures; and
Experience applying oral and written communication skills to achieve program goals and objectives.
