You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Information Warfare (IW), Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) Program in the Department of the Navy of NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK.
Duties
You will support and assess IW WTI training processes and tracks individual qualifications and standards across IW mission areas.
You will be responsible for providing expert advice on the development and execution of WTI training topics, determining the adequacy of course content and the validity to the approach, design, and instruction of the WTI course of instruction.
You will coordinate with IW Mission Area leads and doctrine SMEs to maintain an active list of IW Fleet capability gaps to support doctrine and training development efforts.
You will support the WTI candidate selection board processes and ensure administrative requirements are executed for candidate selection.
You will prepare working documents, presentations and spreadsheets in support of WTI Programmatic administrative functions and shall have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and supporting software tools.
You will coordinate with other Warfighting Development Centers (WDCs), Operational Commanders' staffs, shore commands, and System Commands Program Offices to ensure IW WTI training content aligns with fleet warfighting and training requirements.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in applying quantitative and qualitative analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess IW training programs, identify interrelated training processes, draw conclusions/assessments on training curriculum, and recommend appropriate action to training to improve fleet mission effectiveness.
Experience acting as a liaison with senior officers and civilian staff from training facilities.
Experience in analyzing conflicting data and summarizing recommendations or program changes giving consideration to IW training courses and events.
Experience in performing tasks with the understanding of Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief (PBED) processes to evaluate and optimize training assessments and Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) function, requirements and impact to IW systems and capabilities.
Experience generating standardized assessments and analyzing training curriculums.
Experience in performing a training processes that support individuals (officers, enlisted, government civilians) in advanced Information Warfare (IW) tactics that support peace-time through full combat evolutions.
Experience determining the adequacy of course content, design, and instruction for the the Information Warfare / Warfighting Tactics Instructor (IW WTI) Program and to improve tactical relevance and warfighting impact.
