You will serve as a SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST in the DEPT OF NAVY, NAVY MUNITIONS COMMAND ATLANTIC of NAVMUNITIONSCMD EA DIV DET SEWELLS PT.
Duties
You will review management reports and listings as they apply to ordnance inventory accuracy.
You will submit report to change of command as required by NAVSUP P-724.
You will coordinate with appropriate internal and external sources to identify process/systemic problems and develop and implement corrective actions for identified problems.
You will participate in projects and evaluations that may have impact upon inventory accuracy records.
You will review and approve all Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss reports.
You will maintain a Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) and an inventory accuracy program.
You will review and analyze sampling and wall-to-wall inventory results in order to identify any discernable trends.
You will perform systems analyses of program and problems associated with ordnance information systems.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in reviewing management reports and listing as they apply to ordnance inventory accuracy and identify problem areas and possible trends. Review and approve adjustments and reversals as per the P-724.
Experience in conducting causative research of any adjustments and submit reports to the chain of command as required.
Experience in coordinating with internal/external sources to identify problematic issues/areas and implements corrective action.
Experience in overseeing all in transits for the command.
Experience in submitting and approving Supply Deficiency Reports (SDR's) as required.
Experience in reviewing and analyzing sampling and wall to wall inventory results in order to identify any trends.
Experience in maintaining inventory accuracy within the command.
Experience in developing, refining, interpreting and recommending policies and procedures for a major stock point that interfaces with other ordnance IAO's and management officials.
Experience in determining and advising on adequacy of existing storage locations and facilities to meet current, new, and highly specialized mission requirements.
Experience in planning new storage layouts, including information technology (IT) and automated information technology (ATI) equipment requirements. Must have extensive knowledge in OIS-R and OIS-W.

Education
GS-11:
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
OR
Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
OR
Possession of an LL.M. that is related to this position being filled.

A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
