You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the REGIONAL FAMILY HOUSING PROGRAM for COMMANDER, NAVY REGION MID-ATLANTIC of COMNAVREG MIDLANT NORFOLK.
Duties
You will establish priorities and guides in the development of policies and methods and participate in developing and executing the Family Housing Program.
You will provide program oversight by ensuring that adequate resources are budgeted to effectively administer the Family Housing Program.
You will determine workload and budget requirements for the Family Housing Program on an annual basis, submitting changes as necessary in personnel, workload, travel or other requirements.

- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Organizing principles and practices of planning, programming and budgeting regulations, guidelines and processes; 2) Responding to data calls, develop justifications, prepare briefings, or point papers, in response to regional and higher headquarters requirements; 3) Communicating clearly and concisely in both verbal and written form to provide information to others and respond to taskers; 4) Supervising assigned personnel providing work assignments, performance standards, and training.
