Duties
Provides data analysis and support with the needs of the office and/or customers of a global health project or program.
Seeks ways for process improvement for the Office administrative program to operate more effectively and provides advice on how to improve.
Analyzes, evaluates, and advises on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation

Qualifications
This position will provide assistance and support to the Health Studies Branch in the International Programs Center in the compilation and analysis of global HIV/AIDS and other public health data. Position will require some knowledge of the principles of international public health and experience working with complex data compilation systems.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-9, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-7 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: analyzing and working with international public health data; knowledge of basic statistics; collaborating with others on a project or team; and experience providing database assistance and support.
OR
Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree that provided you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work of a Program Analyst.
