You will serve as a MANAGEMENT SERVICES SPECIALIST in the Total Force Manpower/Admin Services (CN1000) Total Force Manpower Div (CN1200) of CNATRA.

Duties

You will be responsible for providing assistance to leadership in support of their civilian personnel program responsibilities. You will monitor and track deadlines with Department of Defense Performance Management and Appraisal Program. You will monitor and communicate to the employees and supervisors' information regarding establishing, midpoints, closeouts, annuals, and special appraisals. You will serve as the project officer for the HQ Civilian Awards and Recognition Program. You will review and update civilian personnel databases to ensure information is accurate. You will serve as Voluntary Leave Transfer Program Coordinator. You will plan, conduct, and implement studies involving manpower and personnel management to gather factual, historical, and statistical data.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Supporting a personnel program by providing recommendations for improvement in the utilization of civilian manpower and resources to prepare civilian personnel management reports and document for supporting the production of Naval Flight Officers. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
