You will serve as a Management Analyst & Human Capital Manager (Civilian) in the ADMINISTRATIVE & MANPOWER DIVISION of CDR NAVY REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CMD.

Duties

You will serve as a command advisor on all human capital policies and programs. You will manage civilian manpower programs and the organizational structure for the staff and Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) enterprise. You will coordinate civilian personnel actions with the staff and liaison with the servicing local Human Resource Office (HRO) You will use the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) to initiate, coordinate, and/or review implemented personnel actions. You will coordinate a variety of management functions to include providing detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement in the utilization of manpower and staffing resources to meet mission requirements.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Evaluating program data or metrics to provide Human Resources advisory services to include Human Resource Development (HRD) or Staffing & Recruiting for an organization.
