About the Position: This position is under the supervision of the Business Management Directorate, Integrated Finance Management Directorate.

Duties

Prepares position on financial management program within the Command and Higher Headquarters. Utilizes budget principles and procedures for the administrative control of resources. Tasks and overseas the budget submission for various ILSC organizations. Responsible for continuous analysis of requirements and funds executed to ensure proper obligations are reported. Advises on allocation of resources for a wide variety of resource management operations. Develop work products and/or services that contribute to organizations mission. Presents data for major reviews (such as the POM budget submission and resource management updates). Provides interpretation of financial reports and other resource management information.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
