This position is located at the Fort Liberty Fisher House Facility.

Duties
Represents the Fisher House organization at community and other events. Provides tours of the Fisher House to small groups, conducts presentations to groups regarding the Fisher house mission when needed.
Completes basic administrative duties as needed by the Operations Assistant or Assistant Business Manager.
Observe and report any maintenance issues to chain of command, submits work orders as directed
Cleans equipment supplies and facility area. Maintain all assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition. Wash, dust, polish, vacuum, sweep all areas of the establishment.
Using office automation equipment and word processing software, prepares a variety of correspondence, memorandums, briefings and other reports required for day-to-day operation
Qualifications
Must have experience working with the general public.
Highly Preferred:
At least six (6) months of experience providing customer service to facility/operational patrons, including answering questions (telephonically, in person or via email), conducting basic clerical work (filing, printing etc.).
At least six (6) months of experience with Housekeeping or Custodial Worker duties.
