About the Position: Measures effectiveness and analyzes capabilities to upgrade present missions. Performs studies/analysis on military resources, personnel and training support issues. Performs studies; plans, organizes and develops the project plan; sets project milestone schedules; determines scope and context of projects and directs program managers; subject matter experts and other analysts in accomplishing objectives of the project.

Duties

Evaluates total consolidated program funding requirements to recommend funding priorities before input to the command-operating budget. Analyzes current operating programs to evaluate their effectiveness in meeting the organization's program. Presents findings of program reviews/analysis with recommendations to appropriate managers and supervisors through formal briefings, desk-side briefs and direct interface.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
  • This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
