Duties
Manage system development for large scale systems.
Work with systems users and developers to create strategic plans, develop system specifications, data and work flows.
Develop data management and other data analysis tools using cloud based and open-source technologies.
Develop plans, programs and training requirements to develop current and future program applications.
Leverage modern statistical methodology, data science, data visualization, and data analytics.

Specialized Experience: For the GS-14, you must have one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service. Experience for this position includes: Planning, managing and coordinating survey programs; Identifying and recommending solutions to ensure efficiency of survey life cycle activities; Analyzing and evaluating effectiveness of program operations to meet objectives, and program requirements; Participating in negotiating and solving difficult and unique statistical problems; and preparing comprehensive and precise reports, and presentations to address technical and policy concepts.
Education: Education cannot be substituted at this grade level.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
