About the Position: This position is under the supervision of the Business Management Directorate.

Duties
Develops plans and objectives for assigned programs or assigned appropriation.
Plan, organize and implement analysis of program and resource requirements.
Evaluate program effectiveness by review of Metric Reports, discussion with leadership, and consultation with customers.
Continually reviews program management information to identify potential or actual delays in program progress.
Provide methods to task support work, solve problems, answer questions, correct deficiencies, evaluate support work, and assure that objectives are met.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Financial Management Level 2 Certification.

To qualify based on your work experience, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled such as: determining the impact of financial changes; monitoring funding adjustments to achieve program goals; manage financial, business and various other programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
