You will serve as a Sexual Assault Response Coordinator in the Fleet and Family Support Center of CWG-SIX.
All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
Duties
You will Oversee local implementation and execution of the Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program.
You will provide case management and oversight of all reported cases, from initial report through final disposition at CWG-6.
You will Coordinate and monitor services provided for sexual assault victims throughout local commands.
You will maintain victim and incident case information, subject demographics and disposition, and training records for case management and monthly reporting.
You will participate in developing and implementing performance outcome measures and program evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness; and input statistical output and service delivery information into appropriate databases.

- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.

- This position may requires a 2-Year DCIPS trial period requirement.
- Must Possess and maintain certification through the D-SAACP (DOD Sexual Assault Advocate Certification Program).
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying dynamics of sexual assault and local community resources for sexual assault victims;2) Applying knowledge of the military, Dept. of Defense, and Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program, along with local, state, and federal laws and military regulations; 3) Provide overall management of sexual assault awareness, prevention, training, and victim advocacy;
4) Working with victims of sexual assault or victim advocacy and victim advocacy services:5) Skill in effective leadership, sound program management; and professional judgement in prioritizing and carrying out program objectives; 6) Present oral presentations to large groups in a variety of settings; 7) Tracking sexual assault incidents; Monitoring training requirements; Marketing the program.

Education
Applicants must meet the following Basic Requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualifications Standards Manual:
SOCIAL SCIENCE (SERIES 0101)
Bachelors Degree: behavioral or social science; or related disciplines appropriate to the position.
OR
Combination of education and experience that provided the applicant with knowledge of one or more of the behavioral or social sciences equivalent to a major in the field.
OR
Two years of specialized experience working in sexual assault prevention and response (SAPR).
