You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST(RECRUITMENT/PLACEMENT) AUDITOR AND TRAINER in the Code 50 of OCHR STENNIS OPERATIONS CENTER.

Duties

You will audit a variety of personnel actions/processes to ensure efficiency of operation and regulatory compliance. You will provide technical assistance to internal and external customers such as creating job analysis and assessment questionnaires. You will develop/update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in accordance with OPM guidance. You will perform specialized assistance in support of special projects.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
  • Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
  • You may be required to obtain DEU certification within a year of being onboard.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Use a wide range of recruitment and placement concepts, regulations, and procedures to provide recruitment, placement, and compensation services; 2) Prepare and maintain statistical reports using MS Excel spreadsheets, DCPDS, and HR Link; 3) Use automated personnel tools including E-OPF, onboarding manager, DCPDS, and ASARS; 4) Use oral and written communication to prepare and present findings from casefile reviews.
