You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (INFO SYSTEMS) in the U.S. Fleet Forces Command, Director of Civilian Human Resources (DCHR) Office (N1CP), Human Capital Workforce Development and Analytics section (N1CP1) Human Resources Information Systems (N1CP.1) of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Duties
You will oversee the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) analysis and planning function for Fleet HRO Norfolk, Fleet HRO NNSY, Fleet HRO PNSY and Fleet HRO Stennis.
You will plan work to be accomplished, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares work completion schedules.
You will assign work to subordinates based on priorities, selective consideration of assignment difficulty and requirements, and the employee’s capabilities.
You will develop and evaluate subordinate employee’s performance standards.
You will oversee the SharePoint On-line (SPO) for multiple Human Resources Offices as well as automated personnel systems with responsibility for system implementation, deployment, and management, which may include hardware.
You will design and implement new web models that reflect government. DoD, DON and USFFC policies.
You will serve as the lead on synchronization of all HRIS, analysis and performance metrics and indicators.
You will serve as the senior expert of the HRIS team that plans, oversees, integrates, implements and evaluates delivery of automated tools in support of civilian personnel services for BSO 60.
You will assist management in identifying and leading process improvement projects, serves as a change agent for continuous improvement and acts as a technical guide for improvement teams.
You will provide management and administrative support of the primary personnel systems; Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS), the Customer Service Unit (CSU), My Biz and My Workplace and Total Workforce Management System (TWMS).
You will analyze, evaluate, define, and edit data credibility and utility validating and refining as required prior to distribution to customers.
You will provide management and administrative support on the following; SharePoint Current Portal, Analytics Dashboard.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience supervising staff.
Experience and mastery skills providing automated tools to provide HR metrics to measure success and improve decision making.
Experience and mastery knowledge serving as a senior expert of Human Resources Information Systems.
Experience and comprehensive knowledge, skill, and experience in communicating with higher level managers (SES/FO).
Experienced and mastery skill in written and oral communication.
Experience and mastery skills and ability to plan, organize and/or direct team efforts to persuade management to accept and implement recommendations.
