You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT) in the PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND ACCOUNTABILITY DIVISION of FLEET HRO STENNIS.
Duties
You will provide advice and counsel on command policies and programs and are responsible for monitoring the DoD Performance Management Appraisal Program (DPMAP) and FLTHRO Stennis’s serviced commands.
You will be responsible for administering the leave programs in accordance with the applicable rules, regulations, instructions, directives, guidance, etc.
You will analyze and evaluate all monetary recommendations submitted by employees and supervisors for recognition of exemplary performance conducted on the job to ensure compliance with rules, regulations, instructions, directives, guidance, etc.
You will serve as an advisor on the Telework and Remote work program for both the HRO and serviced commands.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience in applying a wide range of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to Performance Management, Employee Recognition, Leave Administration, Telework and other special HR programs.
Experience in employee performance management concepts, theories, laws, rules, regulations and procedures to evaluate program trends, draw conclusions, recommend improvements and perform day-to-day operations.
Experience in applying complex fact finding, analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques in order to resolve complex problems.
Experience and ability to organize and deliver briefings and training to upper-level management and employees in order to encourage understand and accept Performance Management, Employee Recognition, and Leave Administration policies and procedures.
Experience in written and oral communication sufficient to provide information and guidance to employees led and to management and customers at all levels, prepare and presenting findings and recommendations on difficult problems, prepare written instructions, and develop program training.
