Duties

You will oversee administrative support for TSC staff personnel. You will provide guidance on general administrative procedures, policy, and planning for the Office of the Director and Deputy (TODD). You will conduct extensive studies and reviews to develop policies, procedures, and training tools for use on the full range of administrative processes. You will lead TSC administrative operations and logistics issues to develop appropriate solutions. You will task, track, and set deadlines for staff on actions, projects, or staff products required by TSC Senior Advisor (Director). You will perform special projects on behalf of TSC leaders to include providing briefs, formal reports, and concept papers. You will serve as DTS review and authorizer for TODD and TSC staff travel. You will lead drafting and development of the TSC Bi-annual plans and Annual Center activity reports. You will support TSC Deputy for talent management for TSC staff actions. You will manage staff manpower authorizations and initiate actions for replacements or modifications to manning document. You will provide oversight of the formulation and development of the annual budget and associated plan/program. You will develop program and budget actions, ensuring that staff divisions operate within fiscal constraints. You will lead DDWG plans and associated costs to integrate engagement, research and education components for a unified program. You will support and provide key year end execution of purchasing documents and fiscal closeout.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the AD-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as a staff coordinator across multiple divisions, providing expert assistance, support, and coordination in the execution of all matters pertaining to an organization's staff and associated processes.
