You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Operations Department, Adaptive Mobilization Coordination of COMNAVRESFORCOM.
Duties
You will act as civilian deputy to the designated Local Area Coordinator for Mobilization (LACMOB) Officer.
You will provide expert guidance and assistance to commands executing mobilization and demobilization processing operations.
You will coordinate shore infrastructure, activities and functions supporting Navy personnel augmentation processing requirement at the Navy Mobilization Processing Site (NMPS).
You will gather facts, prepare and deliver oral and written presentation concerning contingency plans and effective strategies to accomplish major mobilization operations.
You will provide analysis, interpret and implement policies and broad manpower guidance.
You will prepare and give verbal or written assistance on mobilization and demobilization policies and broad manpower guidance.
You will prepare travel budgets and cost estimate in support of mobilization operations and oversight.
Requirements

- This position is eligible for part time, substantial or ad-hoc telework at the discretion of management.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- A relocation incentive is generally a single payment intended to offset some of the relocation costs experienced by the selectee. A relocation incentive may be authorized.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Communicating effectively orally and in writing with managers, contractors, and employees at all levels to negotiate changes, resolve differences and problems.
Planning and executing of mobilization events to expand the Navy's capability to mobilize members in several locations, and assess their continued effectiveness.
Analyzing and solving complex problems and developing proposals for resolution.
Providing advice and assistance to management in search of sound solutions to problems in support of staffing needs of organizations serviced.
Utilizing pay, personnel and travel systems.
