Duties
Leads the development of DISAs Strategic Plan to support execution of the agency's mission and vision.
Assists DISA senior management and senior analyst in the development of strategies, initiatives and measures for their Lines of Operations and Joint Enablers.
Supports DISA senior management and senior analysts to develop and monitor strategies, initiatives and performance measures and metrics for their lines of effort.
Leads the synchronization of policies and other strategic guidance with the agency's strategic plan.
Conducts program review and analysis activities to support alignment of DISA programs, finance and manpower resource plans to DISA strategic initiatives.
Monitors portfolio performance to Agency strategy, briefs the Director, Vice Director, Executive Deputy Director, Center chiefs and PEO's on problems and provides courses of action for resolution
Develop new systems, performance metrics, and business practices to analyze and interpret DISAs historical trend data and develops future focus areas.
Provides planned and systematic activities to develop and facilitate end-to-end oversight and optimization of strategic initiatives, processes and governance at the senior level.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is defined as experience analyzing and evaluating mission-oriented programs including long-range planning and strategy, goals and objectives, and milestones to provide assessments, recommendations and strategic planning products that have organization-wide impact on future programs and priorities
In addition to meeting the specialized experience requirements, qualified applicants must also possess the quality of experience as it relates to how closely or to what extent an applicant's background, recency of experience, education, and training are relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the announced position. Candidates must clearly demonstrate the possession of competencies necessary to successfully perform the work of the position at the appropriate level to be qualified for the position. Education
There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-14 grade level
