About the Position: This position serves as an Administrative Officer GS-0341-09 with the USACE Tulsa District, Operations Division located in Tulsa, OK.

Duties

Conduct special or one-time studies, surveys, or inspections of administrative matters. Analyze information and takes corrective action to ensure accomplishment of functions of the Divisions. Provide guidance to supervisors within the Divisions on matters relating to personnel management. Provide budget estimates for training requirements and monitors costs for tuition.

Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes performing the following duties: 1) organizing office administrative functions in support of daily operations; AND 2) assisting with the formulation, execution, or management of an office/program's budget; AND 3) performing administrative support duties for an office such as purchasing supplies, records management, coordinating training/travel, or assisting with personnel actions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-07. In order to qualify, you must meet the EDUCATION AND/EXPERIENCE requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and ManagementClericalCustomer ServiceOral Communication Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-???????07).
