About the Position: Serve as the Army Pregnant and Postpartum Physical Fitness (P3T) Program Specialist. The incumbent supports the implementation of the P3T program; applies a range of quantitative and qualitative methods to improve P3T initiatives across the Army.

Duties

As a Program Analyst (P3T), you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list: Lead and manage the Army’s P3T Program. Monitor the Army’s strategic plan as it relates to implementation of P3T. Develop key performance indicators for each level of P3T programming and reports program status. Serve as a member of the Command Inspection Team providing Army P3T subject matter expertise to review Army P3T processes and programs across the Army enterprise. Develop and implement the P3T sections of AR 350-1, FM 7-22, and other relevant doctrine. Develop, assign, and approve goals, objectives and strategies for subordinate personnel.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance throughout the duration of employment.
  • Temporary Duty (TDY), up to 25% of the time.
  • Must be able to obtain Army Pregnancy and Post Partum Performance Training-Program Coordinator Course within 6 months of appointment.
  • Must be able to obtain Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) certification within 6 months of appointment.
  • Must be able to successfully complete the U.S. Army Training Development Capability (TDC) course within 6 months of appointment.
