About the Position: Serves as a Management Analyst in the Ops/Plans Division of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM-T) Support Directorate (ISD).
Duties
As a Management Analyst, you will perform the following duties:
Acts as information officer in the execution of data standards, common applications/equipment to support the directorate business processes.
Reviews and evaluates all aspects of ID-T mission performance and resource utilization.
Responsible for researching, evaluating, and implementing ID-T Commerce/Business.
Advises leadership on the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of assigned programs, evaluating/articulating the ISD future program requirements and direction to include use of technology.
Conducts organizational analysis for management initiatives and the propagation of installation doctrine.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance for the duration of employment.
- Temporary duty travel (15% or less) away from the normal duty station may be required.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) : managing training seats and quotas using an automated training management system, such as Army Training Requirements and Resources System; 2) analyzing training needs based on changing mission requirements, policies, or regulations; and 3) identifying base operations requirements to support changing mission or organization structure. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
