About the Position: Performs manpower analyst functions for assigned garrison organizations. Accounts for all civilian and military spaces allocated to assigned organizations per TDA documentation. Conducts independent cost and economic analysis of current or projected systems, programs and projects, including life cycle cost analysis.

Duties

Perform manpower analysis functions for the Garrison organizations. Maintain the Table of Distributions Allowance (TDA) manning chart to assure organizations are properly aligned with higher headquarters staffing guides. Validate approval documents in order to recommend the distribution and transfer of manpower space allocations. Analyze planning procedures to determine impact on programs. Conduct organizational studies to enhance productivity of interrelated organizational elements, functional areas, or activities. Develop plans for reorganization to improve operations.
