You will serve as a Management Analyst in the Training and Education Command of TRAINING AND EDUCATION COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the Command's primary Operations Specialist with responsibility for the planning, development, and execution of the Command Operational and Administrative Management Program.
You will be responsible for performing, providing, obtaining, and/or advising on a variety of management services essential to the direction and efficient operation of the Command.
You will establish internal procedures to secure adequate control in terms of deadlines, progress reports, and directives, and uses own initiative in developing procedures.
You will review and interpret new or revised regulations, guidance, policies, etc., and determines need for changes to internal operating procedures, implementing instructions, and other guidance for dissemination.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assisting in the planning, development, and execution of a Command Operational and Administrative Management Program; 2) Reviewing and maintaining policy and procedural documentation; and 3) Utilizing software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and training databases to extract data and develop reports and documents.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree
OR
Possession of an LL.B. or J.D. that is related to this position being filled.
