Duties
Oversees reimbursable and direct cite funding documentation for correct application and implementation into financial database for a team of analysts.
Administers reimbursable and direct cite funding account reviews.
Complies funding documentation to reply to Army audit samples/taskers for AvMC customer programs.
Provides program funding status findings to higher level leadership and organizational stakeholders.
Identifies errors and provides corrective action plans when necessary; works with DFAS/GFEBS to resolve funding anomalies.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- One-year trial/probationary period may be required.
- This position requires the incumbent to obtain Financial Management Level 3 Certification within a set time frame.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the DE-03 pay band or GS-12 grade level in the Federal which includes: 1) providing budget support to include analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting financial documents; 2) creating and managing reimbursable sales orders within GFEBS; and 3) implementing, monitoring, and adjusting direct cite and reimbursable funding in a financial and accounting database.
