You will serve as a IT PROGRAM MANAGER (POLICY AND PLANNING) in the INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) DIVISION of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI.
Duties
You will serve as the Command Information Systems Security Manager.
You will establish and administer a forward-looking Cybersecurity program for Naval Underseas Warfare Center, Newport Division.
You will provide expert Cybersecurity guidance for technical and support departments.
You will be responsible for the execution of Risk Management Framework (RMF), Network Security, and Cyber Security Workforce (CWF)
You will serve as a subject matter expert across Naval Systems Sea Command (NAVSEA)
Requirements

- This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, 752-Cyber Policy and Strategy Planner, Advanced, the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: responsible for the operation, maintenance, compliance, strategic planning or leadership of Information Technology infrastructure and systems to support mission objectives for an organization.
