About the Position: Serves as an Administrative Support Technician actively participating in the day-to-day management of the Branch by relieving the Chief of administrative support decision making and other related duties.

Duties
Coordinates suspense requirements and disseminates information to subordinate sections and branch technical staff, in an organization of approximately 35-80 employees.
Advises Branch on suspense requirements for technical, engineering and budget related work.
Develops and maintains budgetary spreadsheets for the Branch and its subordinate sections for use in analyzing workload and manpower requirements.
Arranging travel for the Branch Chief and staff team members.
Maintaining personnel management files of team members for Branch Chief.

Specialized Experience GS-06: One year of specialized experience which includes administrative support functions such as preparing/reviewing correspondence and file maintenance.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
