You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL)
in the ACQUISITION & READINESS ASSMT Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV.
Duties
You will serve as a technical expert who can work independently, and able to direct the work of lower level specialist in conjunction to the organizational plans and strategy.
You will serve as the contact point for the sponsor, stakeholders, and external customers, with the ability to appropriately and professionally represent the organization and coordinate with other projects.
You will monitor project activities and resources to mitigate risk and implement project plans to meet objectives.
You will Manage, lead, or administer project resources and identify project documentation requirements or procedures.
You will develop, modify, or provide input to project plans.
You will provide individual expertise and experience to address ad hoc task teams that effectively answers project problems that arise.
You will purchase or contract for IT services, equipment, products, supplies, property, or other items.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on
military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS 11-12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing or evaluating financial and business operations (e.g., project requirements to develop plans, cost estimates, making recommendations) to increase program efficiency for an organization.
