You will serve as a Property Management Senior Analyst in the Property Management Division, Corporate Operations Department of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CTR CORONA DIV, located in Corona, CA.

Duties

You will be responsible for data monitoring, extraction, and trend analysis from initiation through post-procurement processes. You will evaluate incoming task volume, perform workload leveling, and advise stakeholders on workload among employees in accordance with established workflow or job specialization. You will assist with training needs and performance trends of junior analysts and Acquisition Requirements Planners (ARP) across the Command. You will develop and analyze material management and procurement related metrics for process efficiencies. You will review and edit local standard operating procedures and provide recommendations for updates to local policies related to procurement processing and material acquisition. You will research and investigate new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations for the Property Management Division. You will participate in internal continuous process improvement working groups focused on leading automation initiatives and establishing collaborative integration tools for procurement information, metrics, and training data. You will ensure ARP compliance with applicable instructions, policy, and procedures. You will provide advice and assistance in the coordination and management of a wide variety of sensitive and complex projects with contract and acquisition policy implications.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing Property Management data, metrics and policy as it relates to procurement, material and asset management for an acquisition program.
