About the Position: This position is located within Defense Health Network Indo Pacific Healthcare Operations located on the campus of Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Duties
Oversee and assure unity of the Directorates healthcare delivery operations, aligning functions and processes into a singular Network strategy.
Maintain a continuous program of review and analysis to assess the progress and effectiveness of the organization in relation to healthcare delivery objectives, schedules, and priorities.
Review work efforts within the healthcare delivery staff to ensure continued support to mission elements of the Directorate, as well as progress and timeliness of products.
Establish long range goals and objectives, translating objectives into specific projects.
Plan long range staffing and organization needs.
Manage organizational changes impacting healthcare delivery operations.
Requirements

One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service which includes assisting with the management and execution of business activities within a large medical treatment facility (MTF); overseeing critical services of a MTF such as access to care, referral management, Healthcare Delivery Compliance Inspection (iHDC) Program, patient administration, and Quadruple Aim Performance Process (QPP) functions; reviewing performance objectives and metrics; and assisting in planning overall healthcare delivery operations of a MTF.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
