About the Position: Reports to and serves as Deputy to the Public Health Command-Pacific (PHC-P) S3, Chief Plans and Operations as the PHC-P Operations Specialist.
Salary includes 21.79% locality payment. A 8.90% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) is currently authorized, subject to change.
Duties
Establishes and maintains positive working liaison and coordinates various operations and training issues.
Responsible for subsequent management of planning, preparing, and execution of PHC-P’s operational functions, activities, reporting criteria, and manage taskers.
Serves as the principal advisor pertaining to the Army Civilian Individual Training Plan development, Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS), civilian training programs and command civilian career program management issues.
Requirements
- Able to obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance.
- 10% TDY required
