Duties
You will serve as a Program Analyst in the C5I Requirements Directorate (N8), Programs Division, (N81), at the Navy Information Forces
(NAVIFOR) Headquarters.
You will primarily serve as Program Manager and for the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) and Computer Network Defense (CND) programs.
You will conduct requirements analysis and planning/programming support to mission-oriented programs that are broad in scope and have a direct/wide impact upon the equipment, readiness and sustainability of Navy C5I warfighting capabilities.
You will work with other command codes, Fleets, Operational Commanders’ staffs, and subordinate commands to produce integrated program requirements
and to synchronize these interests.
You will coordinate with customer commands, Operational Commanders’ staffs, subordinate units, and System Command Program Offices to
ensure operational requirements are being met with appropriate resources, manpower, training and equipment.
Requirements

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
*Experience utilizing Project/Program Management and Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes.
*Experience applying requirements management and assessing proposed warfighting capabilities against C5I requirements.
*Experience applying qualitative and quantitative analysis methodology and engaging other organizations or agencies about matters related to cyber network defense and Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) related systems.
*Experience analyzing methods and techniques to prioritize, schedule, conduct, and evaluate projects and tasks.
*Experience utilizing DoD and DoN policy related to resourcing requirements, managing budgets, and funding execution.
