Duties
Serves as the primary intermediary between the customers and the development team throughout a projects lifecycle, with focus on the Enterprise Business System (EBS)...

are met.
Responsible for the analysis of various complex Automated Information Systems (AIS).
Evaluates customer desired changes and explores Business Process Reengineering (BPR) opportunities.
As a Scrum Master, aligns all requirement requests with the organizations' strategic plan, mission, vision, and values to communicate to the assigned project team.
Supports integration into the EBS strategies, goals, objectives, work plans, products and services.
As the Project Analyst, responsible for the initial review and assessment of the incoming requests.
Assists Project Managers in the selection and integration of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) AIS
solutions.
Participates with representatives from DLA, Department of Defense (DoD), and military services in
business planning sessions.
Serves as the motivator and advisor to the assigned Agile project teams, responsible for the progressive
development by continually educating the team on Agile processes...

Qualifications
To qualify for an IT Specialist (SYSANALYSIS) your resume and supporting documentation must support:
A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Analysis of various complex Automated Information System (AIS) logistics business processes, develops and reviews solution alternatives, and performs impact analysis with customers and system users for fixes, enhancements, and other changes.
Provides business assistance and system expertise to other information systems and/or functional analysts in system requirements analysis, system architecture design, software requirements analysis, security analysis, software risk assessment, documentation, testing, training, and implementation of AISs.
Evaluates system and software requirements against the customer's criteria for feasibility, completeness, and testability.
Makes recommendations to leadership concerned with revisions of basic policies, plans, procedures, and standards.
Develops operational concepts, specifying detailed inputs and outputs, hierarchical structures, module interface plans and logical data views.
Experience in Agile software development methodologies, including the ability to manage and prioritize a backlog, and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Experience as a Scrum Master, including the ability to coach and mentor team members, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
Experience in providing excellent customer service and working in an Agile environment, including collaborating with a Product Owner to prioritize and refine the product backlog, and delivering value to customers through frequent and iterative releases.
Knowledge of cloud platform technologies, including the ability to design, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions.
Experience with enterprise software such as SAP, including the knowledge of its standard configuration and supporting technologies.
Proficiency in using project and issue tracking tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow, including the ability to create and manage workflows, and generate reports.
