Duties
Serves as an IT Supervisor in the Information Operations Directorate, reporting to the J62B IT Portfolio Manager (PfM) under the Program Executive Officer (PEO) (J62).
Serves as the Program Manager over the DLA Energy applications program management office to include both Information Technology and Operational Technology systems in use throughout the globe
Provides management and oversight of Major Automated Information Systems (MAIS) and/or Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) operating on both the SIPR and NIPR networks and other designated systems.
Leads the interpretation of the functional requirements and the design of the program solution which involves the breakdown of the functional process into discrete requirements that can be configured into Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications.
Sets the critical aspects (short-range plans, long-range plans, goals and objectives; budgetary and staffing needs and solutions, etc.) of the program managed.
Provides functional advice and guidance on DLA Energy and DLA Information Operations (J6) related policies and proposed courses of action to assure compliance with existing policy, directives and effectiveness in meeting the Agency's mission.
Develops workload assignments to ensure completion of the mission for the program management office.
Recommends changes and adjustments to project management plans including revised resources levels and execution strategies.
Collaborates daily with partners in the DLA Energy MSC to implement business rules and requirement priorities and support needed to accomplish the DLA Energy mission.
Collaborates with other areas of J6 to ensure all technical requirements of the systems within the program office are met, to include successful completion of all cyber security requirements
Creates acquisition strategies, works with team members across DLA to include DLA Energy, Contracting Office, and others to follow all contracting processes and procedures and implement the acquisition strategy.
Manages a team of professionals that support and manage Information Technology and Operational Technology contracts.

Qualifications
To qualify for a Supervisory IT Program Manager (SYSANALYSIS/ APPSW) your resume and supporting documentation must support::
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-15 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:
Utilizes industry standard project management methodology is implemented for maximum effectiveness, efficiency and success of assigned IT programs and IT sustainment.
Directs programs to facilitate the effective, efficient, and most productive utilization of resources and successful accomplishment of the agency's primary mission
Manages the critical aspects of component enterprise system to include short-range plans, long-range plans, goals and objectives; budgetary and staffing needs and solutions, etc. of the program managed.
Manages applications, ensuring required availability an readiness as well as completion of continuity of operations of systems.
Navigates required cyber assessments of applications and managing continuous monitoring requirements.
Manages audit readiness and response across the assigned program areas.
