You will serve as a Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will serve as an assistant to NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support Commander and Vice Commander for special projects.
You will manage and lead special projects related to logistics operations, material budgeting and forecasting, supply chain management, contracting, allowancing, information systems, and engineering.
You will develop supply solutions that are affordable and sustainable to the WSS supply support posture.
You will develop budget requirements and justifications for assigned projects while following project timelines and cost estimates.
You will plan project study teams, timelines, budgets, and develop indicators for measuring project success.
You will build relationships internally and externally through oral and written communication.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector with comprehensive knowledge of NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support supply chain business. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Managing, leading, and measuring success of IT projects related to supply planning, logistics, contracting, transportation, allowancing, and engineering; 2) Developing budgets and cost estimates for complex projects and initiatives while following project timelines; 3) Building internal and external relationships across commands through oral and written communication; 4) Developing supply solutions that are affordable and sustainable to the WSS supply support structure.
