You will serve as a Lead Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will establish, maintain, and develop new or existing supplier relationships.
You will coordinate and consult with NAVSUP Senior leadership to ensure an integrated approach across the supplier portfolio
You will maintain schedule of communications and visits, leads team in ensuring all requirements are met and ensure that executive attention is properly applied to the partnership.
You will serve as the high-level lead and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned suppliers, assisting team members with questions about assigned suppliers and working as a liaison between the supplier's executive teams and leadership.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing supply management specialist work demonstrating mastery knowledge and skill of supply chain management policies and procedures relating to the mission and supply operations of shore and afloat activities. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing the following duties: 1. Setting priorities and determining project requirements and strategies to effectively monitor project progress and accomplish project goals and milestones; 2. Ability to analyze data, synthesize results and develop courses of action to improve supply chain performance; 3. Coordinate, lead, and participate with supply management teammates and Subject Matter Experts ( SME) to resolve problems and enhance strategic opportunities; 4. Interpersonal skills for delivering high caliber customer service and team collaborations, providing technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management.
