You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Naval Acquisition Career Center (NACC), of NACC FIELD OFC.
Duties
You will provide strategic recommendations to support high-level guidance that aligns with the objectives set forth by DON leadership.
You will be responsible for providing direct oversight of the recruitment processes, objectives, actions, and plans under the NADP.
You will make strategic recommendations to senior leadership that influence decisions about financial strategy related to the overall program.
You will interview and recommend the hiring of staff.
You will discuss performance, recommends awards, and addresses performance shortfalls.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR 2635.101.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience researching and providing guidance from sources such as Title Five, Code of Federal Regulations, Office of Personnel Management, DAWIA, etc. Experience formulating objectives and priorities and implements plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization in a global environment that takes into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organizational goals and values. Experience building and managing a workforce based on organizational goals, budget considerations, and program/project needs.
