You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
You will direct a modernization program to shape and improved organization in which employees are engaged in highly technical and complex work.
You will review or participate in culture studies.
You will perform research to discover and analyze factors which impact the efficiency and effectiveness of work methods, quality output, and commitment to sustained excellence.
You will recommend efforts related to the organizational structure, policy, procedures, leadership roles, organizational relationships, responsibilities , and authorities.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative analytical methods to propose solutions to workforce challenges impacting the organization; 2) Identifying strategic gaps and recommending appropriate command initiatives to improve climate at command performance; 3) Analyzing factors which impact the efficiency, effectiveness of work processes and commitment to sustained excellence; 4) Briefing diverse work groups and facilitating senior level engagements to ensure command initiatives are fully communicated and are achieved as intended.
