Duties
You will operate a personal computer, web-based applications, and use office automation software to prepare outgoing, correspondence, forms, graphs, and reports.
You will gather data and information from various sources to compile in preparation of reports, letters, or presentations.
Perform administrative steps to ensure military awards and evaluations are completed on time.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing office automation software applications to produce and edit documents with formats including graphics, tables, electronic drafts, correspondence, spreadsheets and reports; 2) Maintaining database information for retrieval and input of reports; 3) Providing clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations; and 4) Ensuring actions are performed for awards, evaluations and leave. Education
Applicants that do not meet the specialized experience as described above may qualify with education or a combination of experience and education, as follows:
Have successfully completed four years of education above high school level.
OR
Have a combination of experience and education that equates to one year of experience. Percentage of education plus percentage of experience must equal 100%.
