You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST of NAVSUP FLC SD GF.
Duties
You will verify system of records to make sure training information is accurate.
You will advise management on training requirements and training budget needed for the fiscal year.
You will maintain list of users, approved users' request and user agreements of all mobile devices of the wireless program.
You will be responsible for the management and accountability of the wireless mobile services.
You will coordinate repair and maintenance of all specialized technical work for the mobile devices.
Requirements

- This is a bargaining unit position.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include: 1.) Maintain database for the receipt and tracking of training request; review training request for accuracy, eligibility requirements and completeness; 2.) Process certificate of completion and verify accuracy in accordance with Department of Navy training; verify funding availability for training and tuition assistance; 3.) Analyze training data to prepare reports and spreadsheets to advise the command on the training needs and the effective use of resources; advise management on the training budget throughout the fiscal year; 4.) Manage and coordinate a wireless program for personnel; 5.) Advise management on managing, budgeting and financial transactions associated with the wireless program for personnel; 6.) Oversee the repair, troubleshoot and maintenance related support for warranty and out of warranty repairs for Apple devices.

Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
