You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Expeditionary Maintenance Department, Code 800 of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER.
Duties
You will participate in studies related to department manning, utilization trends, organizational and job structures, ship maintenance, repair trends and forecasting work initiatives.
You will assist the organization with programming, analysis, and control of funds, evaluate program funding plans and their execution, and identify actual or potential problem areas.
You will design the development and implementation of the Expeditionary Maintenance Department Strategic Plan, performance metrics, business process re-engineering, information exchange, and knowledge management.
You will design and develop statistical models which support department workload determination and distribution.
You will maintain historical and current graphic, narrative, and statistical data, materials, and reports of asset(s) distribution and usage and monitor all aspects of department work execution.
You will research, collect, analyze and verify data relative to organization, functions, methods, staffing, workflow, workload, and man-hours.
You will conduct studies of organizational efficiency and productivity and recommend changes or improvements in organization, staffing, work methods and procedures.
You will develop innovative solutions, document findings and conclusions, and make presentations.
You will develop new or modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes, and/or program administration procedures.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting studies or reviews to analyze administrative or managerial processes and procedures for the effectiveness of department mission performance.
