As a Management Analyst/Specialist in the Crew and Thermal Systems Division, you will be responsible to supervise, lead, and perform work primarily concerned with optimizing business operations, analyzing organization processes, and/or providing specialized support to business operations with the aim of increasing productivity, efficiency, and project tracking. You will work closely with branch management to provide support in area focused on environmental and human in the loop testing.
Duties
Formulate plans for developing lines of business, including forecasting upcoming work, potential partnerships, long range and near-term planning of projects, and resource requirements, mainly budget, for project management.
Assess current internal branch operations and strategies for any areas of improvement and/or implement new policies and processes as required.
Provide data management and analysis to maintain, track and manage assigned projects within the branch.
Provide communication and operation expertise in support of projects.
Lead strategic planning with regards to project formulation and development.
Develop project management assessments to ensure Program and Project goals are met and well documented.
Report on project resources to various level of management and customers.

Qualifications
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level:
Formulating and exchanging new concepts, processes, applications, and practices related to program and budget management;
Providing insight into federal business and financial procedures, contractor technical monitoring, and negotiations with customers or Programs in accordance with project management practices;
Developing and implementing tools and processes to effectively manage and track business traffic and project spending.
