The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Wing Intelligence Tradecraft Subject Matter Expert (SME) that evaluates quality of analysis, ensures analytic integration with new processes / technology, and serves as an adjunct and primary faculty for IC Advanced Analytic Program and Wing developed analytic courses.

Duties
Serve as the training specialist for Intelligence Community Advanced Analytic Program (ICAAP) Courses. Design, develop, and deliver instructional materials, training products, and courseware to include but not limited to syllabi and lesson plans tailored for intelligence personnel assigned to employed in place units supporting Air Force operations.
Serve as Analysis Subject Matter Expert (SME). Maintain a comprehensive knowledge baseline and the capacity to execute all employed in place functions, encompassing Intelligence Support for integration of Information Warfare (IW) concepts and operations, Targeting, and Foundational Analysis.
Serve as analytic integrator with new processes and technology. Integrate new analytic process and technology into employed-in-place production, training, and exercises.

Qualifications
This is a GG-13 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-13 duties for the "Professional" work category are at the "Full Performance" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-13 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.
In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your resume must reflect the quality level of experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. Examples of creditable experience include demonstrating extensive expertise in employed-in-place operations encompassing all associated systems, tools, and applications (STAs) essential for mission support. Possesses knowledge of adult learning theory principles and practices, as well as a thorough understanding of Air Force instructional system development, including training requirements assessment, needs analysis, curriculum development, and training material creation. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Knowledge of National, Intelligence Community, Joint/DoD, and Air Force policy, guidance, and capabilities covering intelligence tradecraft and training programs, including the full range of intelligence research and collection methods, techniques, and practices used in employed-in-place-level intelligence operations in order to make recommendations for developing capabilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of intelligence tradecraft matters as prescribed in Intelligence Community Directive 203, concerning employed-in-place intelligence production.
Knowledge and expertise of employed-in-place functions, including integration of Information Warfare concepts and operations, Targeting, and Advanced Analysis, and employed-in-place systems, tools, applications and their applications to mission analysis.
Skill in planning and executing continuing education and training programs to maintain proficiency and readiness among intelligence personnel and ability to integrate external intelligence training resources and content into the curriculum to ensure relevance and alignment with mission requirements.
Skill in integrating new processes and technologies into existing intelligence production and intelligence training to include artificial intelligence/machine learning, multi-intelligence data with an emphasis on open-source and human intelligence data. Skill in communicating effectively with others, both orally and in writing, in working out solutions to problems or questions related to the work, writing clear and concise intelligence products, and delivering written and/or verbal presentations to senior level audiences for decision-making purposes.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments of training and exercises to ensure alignment with MAJCOM and field requirements and ability to recommend improvements needed to achieve mission success.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT CONTINUED:
Position is designated special-sensitive and requires eligibility for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), other intelligence-related Special Sensitive information, or involvement in Top Secret Special Access Programs (SAP) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A non-disclosure agreement must be signed.
Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.
Key: The duties of this position meets all requirements as a category 4 designation, and shall not be vacated during a national emergency or mobilization without seriously impairing the capability of the parent Federal Agency or office to function effectively. This position must be removed from the Ready Reserve and CAN NOT become a member of the Ready Reserve. (IAW: DoDD 1200.7, "Screening the Ready Reserve,").
PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
