You will serve as a Travel Program Specialist of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will collect and verify data to assist with data analysis and reporting requirements.
You will manage administrative guidelines for processing travel requests, settling travel vouchers, and archiving travel documents.
You will train personnel (e.g., travelers, users, authorizing officials, certifying officials, reviewing officials) on travel regulations, policies, and procedures.
You will design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports.
You will develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for administrative practices.
Requirements

Qualifications
GS-11 position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating reports to track the status of travel documents and ensuring timely processing; 2) Establishing processes and procedures to achieve program requirements; 3) Assisting in ensuring travel authorizations and vouchers have been reviewed for completeness and accuracy; and 4) Assisting in troubleshooting, determining status of travel orders, managing travel, and working with systems to process voucher payments.
GS-09 position:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Creating and updating document approval routing list, ensuring authorizations and vouchers route to the correct department; 2) Validating training requirements for all DTS Approving and Reviewing Officials; 3) Initiating DTS account creation or transfer processes for new or transferring employees; 4) Reviewing accounts at the end of the reporting cycle for proper GTCC usage; and 5) Initiating DTS account creation or transfer processes for new or transferring employees.

GS-11:
