You will serve as a DOCUMENTS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Business Directorate of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER.
Duties
You will coordinate system requirements with program managers or engineers.
You will advise others on the technical aspects of office administration, communications, or reporting requirements.
You will evaluate technical documents to determine support requirements.
You will distribute technical and management data for review and acceptance.
You will develop memoranda (e.g., Memorandum of Agreements [MOA], Memorandum of Understandings [MOU]) to codify acquisition processes.
Requirements

- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing command procedures for processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests submitted by the public, Congressional mandate, or contractual obligation; 2) Ensuring comprehensive agreements (i.e., Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Memorandums of Agreement (MOA), and Education Partnership Agreements (EPA) are written, supported, routed and signed in a timely manner; and 3) Editing technical scientific and engineering documents that are submitted as rough drafts requiring reorganization, data and word verification as well as correction of grammar, syntax, punctuation and spelling.
